Jantzen & Associates recently forced third-party plaintiff counsel to go away with an empty bucket after 3 years of contentious personal injury litigation. We stood firm and demonstrated that our client, the third-party defendant, had no culpability in this serious injury case, where the Plaintiff’s damages were in excess of the policy limits. Senior Associate, Christina Madek, was instrumental in defending the case for 3 years and handling multiple depositions amongst 6 other counsel.

In this Superior Court case, Plaintiff had alleged serious injuries as a result of a bar fight, but, indeed, those injuries actually manifested themselves after a drunk driving accident, which the plaintiff was involved in, after coming out of the bar. Extensive discovery by Jantzen & Associates undermined the third party plaintiff’s case and made them dismiss it with no exposure or personal liability for our client.

The case settled with no contribution from Jantzen & Associates’ client, who was thrilled!
