Judge Cunis’ decision in March of 2026 awarded over $100,000 in damages to Borges and against Oliveira, due to Oliveira’s breach of contract to sell certain vehicles. Mr. Oliveira’s unfair and deceptive business practices, resulted in a 93A award of double damages and attorney’s fees. The final award was $100,000 plus attorney’s fees.
