Appellate Division affirms Award of Summary Judgment in favor of Jantzen & Associates, P.C.’s client, regarding dismissal of PIP claims under M.G.L. c.90, s.34M on grounds of prejudicial delay and incompleteness in claimants’ PIP applications. After a three day Jury Trial in the Middlesex County Jury of Six session sitting in Lowell, from March 18 to 20, 2009, Jantzen and Associates, P.C. secured a defense verdict in a premises liability action, with a demand of over $100,000.00.  Lead trial counsel, Christopher M. Jantzen, Esquire and assistant trial counsel, Peter J. Riordan, Esquire, successfully defended this lawsuit.
